Do I need a doctor’s referral?

In most cases, no referral is needed. However, some insurance plans may require one for reimbursement—please check with your provider.

Can you bill my insurance directly?
Yes! We offer direct billing to most major providers. Simply bring your insurance information to your appointment.
What treatments are covered under insurance?
Massage therapy performed by our RMTs is covered under most extended health plans. Aesthetic services are generally not covered.
Can I combine treatments?
Absolutely. Many clients enjoy adding services like a scalp massage or facial to their massage therapy sessions for a complete experience.
Is your clinic accessible?
Yes, we are fully accessible and happy to accommodate any special needs. Let us know how we can help.
Are there cancellation fees?
A cancellation fee will be charged for any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

New client notice
For new clients, we recommend filling out the health history form before your scheduled appointment.

This form will be sent to you via email. If you haven’t received the email, please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment so that you can complete the form in person.
